Shipping/Delivery

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship everywhere!

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is free worldwide for orders over $25. For orders under $25, there is a flat $5 shipping fee. 

Q. Where do your products ship from?
A. Our products ship from our partners in China. If you order multiple items, please expect your items to ship separately as different factories specialize in different products.

Q. How long will it take for me to get my order?
A. Order processing takes 1-7 business days before shipment, and deliveries can take 1 week to 2 months. The delivery time depends on the product you've purchased and where you live. If you would like specific shipping times, please email us at verypeachyclothing@gmail.com.

Q. Why hasn't my order arrived?
A. Some of our items may arrive early while others may experience shipping delays due to the product you've purchased and the location of shipment. If your order does not arrive in 8 weeks upon ordering, we can reship your order or refund you - guaranteed!

Q. I have only received part of my shipment. Where are the other items?
A. We ship from different parts of China with different carriers so some items may ship earlier than others, while others may experience delays. Please email us with your name and order number if you'd like to know the status of your other products.

Q. Will I receive this item before [specific date]?
A. If you're looking to purchase a product as a gift, there may be a risk of the item not arriving there on time if you purchase the gift in the same month as the day you want the gift received. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. Please reach out to us directly prior to purchasing if you need expedited shipping and we can let you know the estimated cost and timelines.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Q. Do you issue refunds?
A. We do not issue refunds once the order is in the creation process or shipped. But if you contact us promptly after making the order, we can check if it has been processed. If it has not been, we can cancel your order and refund your money!

Q. Can I return an item and receive a full refund? 
A. There are no returns unless there are defects. If there are defects, please inform us WITHIN A WEEK after you have received the product. In that case we are happy to work with you to find a solution.

Q. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange an item? 
A. We don't do exchanges. It is very important to check the measurements on the product listing as all of our products have different measurements. If you want more information about a specific product please e-mail us!

Payment

Q. What payment types do you accept? 
A. We accept PayPal, credit card, and debit card (linked to PayPal). We do not accept mailed cash, bank transfers, etc.  

Q. I am not from the United States and don't use USD. Can I still purchase something from your store?
A. Our products may be purchased from any country with any currency. During checkout, the price may be in USD numbers but don't worry. Your currency will simply convert to USD when paying.

Duty & Customers

Q. Why am I getting extra custom fees?
In some circumstances, an additional duty/custom fee may be required to be paid by the customer. Very Peachy Clothing is not responsible for any additional fees. 

Site Security

Q. Is your site secure?
A. Of course! Very Peachy Clothing uses Stripe for all transactions, meaning your sensitive information is encrypted to prevent issues.
